“In Jakarta there are a lot of drivers, and there are more than 1 million users, and it is our goal to build communities among them in Jakarta, thank you for teaching us so much and joining us,” Anthony added.
Not just celebrating its 5th anniversary, Grab also continues to innovate its business and announce GrabNow. First available in Jakarta, passengers can call GrabBike drivers on the road and book trips with the same driver as soon as possible with pairing system.
Then GrabChat is also more developed with a number of message templates that will automatically be translated into five languages: Bahasa Indonesia, Malay, Simplified Chinese, Thai and Vietnamese.
